BEAUTY ITSELF*

(Kirchhoff) 27 E RE EX EV 6
While the color and form are distinctive in their perfection, the name
describes this fine new flower. In hues ranging from cream to cream-peach,
the colors are bright, sunfast and clear. The form is "biscuit"
in shape, ornately edged in 1/2 inch wide, piecrust ruffles resembling
yellow piping on a cake. The blooms are punctuated by bright green throats.
The petal width is 3 1/2" and the sepals are 2 1/4" wide. The
color glistens with diamond dusting, The strongly recurrent scapes are
well branched and loaded with buds. A fine parent and extremely fertile
both ways.
