Blood red is the base color of this stunning flower, punctuated by a bright green, triangular throat. A blue-red, silk-velvet sheen adds depth to the color. The triangular green throat flows into green yellow. The outer portion of the throat blends with red to outline the green triangle. At times, a white edge appears on the petals. An EMO, the flawless, perfectly tailored, form is full, wide, and overlapped with tiny ruffles. The strongly recurrent scapes have 3-4 way branching. Fertile both ways.
