CARROT ROUGE TRUFFLE

(Schwarz-Kirchhoff) 28" M RE EX Dor 5".
This is a luscious melon double flower with carrot orange overlay above a copper gold base. The lighter colored midribs flare from the center petaloids. An EMO, the form is round, flat, and perfectly tailored. A tough, strong grower and are strongly recurrent, which is rare for a dormant daylily (in Florida). The scapes have 3-way branching. Excellent pollen parent - great progeny - difficult pod setter.
