COUNTED SHADOWS

(Morss) 30" EE Re Ex Ev 5 ½". The color is a ripe pineapple yellow with an eyezone complexly hued in distinctive rainbow segments and a green heart. The eye pattern unfolds in multiple layered webs of red violet filled in with shades of clear slate lavender, and edged in mulberry. The form is full with wide overlapped, rounded petals. The color and substance are quite sunfast and continue to show well on late rebloom. The strongly recurrent scapes have 3 way branching and are well budded. A fine parent for shaded and complex eyezones - producing seedlings uniquely colored with shaded eyes. Very fertile and an easy parent both ways.
