(Kirchhoff) 24" E Re Ex Sev 6". Here is an extremely fine breeder and garden plant with blooms in shades matching the outer skin of butternut squashes. The handsome blooms are brightened by paprika red-orange eyezones and yellow-to-green throats. The substance and color are quite sunfast. The elegantly formed flowers are full and wide, with pleated and ruffled edges shaded in darker reddish orange. The strongly recurrent scapes have widely spaced 3-4 way branching.
