San Luis Vogue

SAN LUIS VOGUE* (Morss) 36" M Re Ex EV 7". This is something
of a novelty, and definitely a form break. A blue violet, triangular
halo above an acid green throat, accentuates this uniquely formed violet-magenta
flower. An EMO, with long, overlapped, oval petals. On occasion, the
shape is a unique and stunning new form. Closest to the pinched crispate
form in appearance, we've observed the plant exhibit this form for at
least five seasons. Shown above without the pinching, an image of its
exotic form is posted below. A novelty, and a hybridizer's flower, some
of the F2 generation is showing this characteristic. The sturdy, strongly
recurrent scapes have 3 - 5 way branching and many buds. Fertile both
ways.
