SCREENSAVER TRUFFLE

A photo of this flower is used as our computer's screensaver, and we never tire of seeing it . The flowers are finished in pink highlights, like a fine, pastel melon peach porcelain, with wide petals that open flat. A petaloid double, the petaloids are fully formed, with crested, gold, serrated edges that turn upward. The flower measures 4" from base to top, and 6" in diameter. The texture is smooth and diamond dusted with some cording. Color and substance are sunfast. The scapes are strongly recurrent with three-way branching and 20+ buds. Pods and pollen are fertile, yielding fine double seedlings. 99.9% double.
