SEVENTH SOJOURN*

(Morss) 36 M RE EX EV 7 ½" - 8"
This is the superb, narrow formed daylily that our friend Suzanne Karl
tested for us, and thanks to Suzanne and Dan Hansen who tested it later,
we discovered just how fine a cultivar it is. SEVENTH SOJOURN is glamorous
and unusual in a clear, smooth pastel orchid color with a wine purple
eye. An ornate edge in wine purple outlines the petals. The wine edge
is encircled in white gold pleats and toothy filigree! Opening flat and
widespread, SEVENTH SOJOURN is an EMO in spectacular, ornately ruffled,
narrow form. The texture is smooth and diamond dusted. Substance and texture
hold. The strongly recurrent scapes are erect, well-branched and loaded
with buds. Pollen is fertile, though pods nearly impossible.
