(Kirchhoff) 34" EE Re Ex Ev 5 ½". Possibly the clearest, rose red double, suffused red violet with yellow to green throat yet produced. The outer petals are slightly recurved. The doubling is quite pronounced, peony style, and consistent. Colors hold fairly well in the sun A profuse rebloomer with well-branched, strongly recurrent scapes. Quite fertile and parent of some really fine looking double seedlings ranging from pink - lavender, red - shades of purple. 95% double.
