(Kirchhoff) 32" L Re Ex Fr Ev. This is a gorgeous orange apricot double with tints of honey and gold. Stately presence, and blooming late in the season. The color is quite rich. The form is very open and in addition its wide, overlapped, outer segments, there are usually two sets of petaloids to this full, peony style double. Though the outer petals are tailored, the petaloids display tightly ruffled, flared center midribs. Smooth texture, sunfast substance and color. Recurrent, well branched scapes.
