TRUE ILLUSION

(Morss) 32" M Re Ex Fr Sev 6". Very stylish, TRUE ILLUSION is an appealing medium to dark lavender amethyst dressed up with a slate lavender watermark halo and marked by a silvery lavender edge on both petals and sepals. The green throat is outlined in yellow. The form is full, slightly recurved, and round with piecrust ruffling on the edge of 3 ½" wide petals. A lavender center petal stripe and darker amethyst veining enhance the effect. An early morning opener, with all day color and substance. The scapes have 3 way branching and are strongly recurrent. Pollen is fertile; pods are somewhat reluctant.
