(Morss) 26" EE Re Ex Ev 5 ½"-6" The welcome
color is of lovely orchid lavender with fainter lavender violet watermarks
and yellow to green throats. The clarity of color is an advance in its
class. Opening quite flat with just a hint of roll-back, the full, wide,
overlapped petals display a white and yellow gold picotee to ¼"
of the edge. Some gold edging is apparent on the sepals as well. There
is a light creping of texture, and a deepening of violet at the petal
center as well as in the veining and toward the outer edges. The picotee
is piecrusted, serrated and tentacled in pleats. Blooms are slightly
recurved and display much the same face from the first bloom to the
last. Fairly sunfast color. Extremely fertile pods and pollen. Very
limited! (Warrior Spirit x Heavenly Dragon) X David Kirchhoff
