We named this beauty after the beautiful mare horse, Miss Hooligan, affectionately known as Miss Hoolie. 'Miss Hoolie' is a mauve-amethyst-orchid color with a lighter watermark eye. The petals and petaloid segments are edged in yellow. The throat is yellow to green. The form is full and round, slightly rolled back to display its inner beauty to its fullest advantage. The form is peony or hose-in-hose or combinations of both. Scapes are recurrent.
